This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

MudBuilder is a GNU project which will allow, once completed, anyone to build a 
text-based Mud server without any programming knowledge, through a complex yet 
easy to use web of wizards.

It is written for the MS-Windows platform, however, eventually an online 
text-based version shall be implemented allowing Online Mud building to be 
available to all with telnet access.
