        I'll be in vacations until August 13. I cc: your request to
address@hidden Regarding requests that are not answered,
you should send them twice ;-) The basic rule is that if nobody
answered within 72 hours there is little chance your request will be
addressed at all. That may happen. Don't fear to send your request
two or three times.
