        Hi,

        I'm confused. Although http://www.bearteam.org/tof/ says that
the software is GPL, the distribution tarbal does not contain anything
about GPL (no license notice, no copy of the GPL) and you selected "other"
as the license when you submitted the project to savannah.gnu.org. 

        Could you clarify this and submit your project again ?
