I cannot explain that. 

Can you use your CVS tree? 

The log messages is saying something about your .ssh dir,
here at savannah, but the ownership and modes of it are just
the same than others users .ssh dirs.

You have three keys that appears to be correctly registered.

Sep 13 05:24:41 subversions sshd[30228]: Authentication
refused: bad ownership or modes for directory /home/baruch/.ssh

Is a particular local configuration on your box, more
information you can provide.
Is /etc/ssh_config set to defaut values?

It's almost six hours since I changed the key, (approx.
between my post from 15:56 to yours at 16:09 IST).

I suppose an update occured in between and I still cannot
access the server with the same error that the server
refused my key.
