Details:

Are emacs lisp reference manual development sources intended to be
anonymously readable?  (At least looks like RMS thinks they are.)  If
they are not, please state so in
<http://savannah.gnu.org/projects/emacs/>.  Otherwise please link to
manual sources from that resource.  Currently can not read them.
Searching `elisp-manual' (the name of directory where it is published
in ftp archive) in project list finds nothing.  There do exist
`emacsdoc-fr', but no other languages, including its native one.
`emacs' project cvs repository contains `manual' directory, but it
appears to be empty.  That is, when `CVS/Repository' file contains
`manual',

CVS_RSH=ssh cvs -q -z3 \
-d:ext:address@hidden:/cvsroot/emacs lo elisp.texi

reports:

cvs server: nothing known about elisp.texi

With `edebug.texi' results are the same.

Neither <http://savannah.gnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/emacs/manual/> refers
to any files.
