Details:

ERROR MESSAGE:
arch_commit: unable to acquire revision lock (internal error in
archive-pfs.c(pfs_lock_revision))

If I create a new branch, then only I can commit to it. Any other member in
the core team gets the above error. 

Everything has been working for a while. This started happening recently.
