Details:

It's probably not the first time that you're told that the emails the
Savannah trackers send out on updating reports, etc. are not the most easy
ones to grasp.  (And it's probably not the first time that you're told that
it would be a very handy feature to be able to use emails to add content to
reports on the Savannah trackers...)

But what is plainly unreadable are the emails sent out when changing a
``custom text area'' field.  See
<http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-hurd/2006-10/msg00043.html> for an
example.  Couldn't e.g. some sort of `diff' output be presented here
instead?
