I've done the test myself.

is OK including menu.
...nevertheless...
https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/tsp
* has no menu shown with the default savannah theme
* is ugly with Gna theme:
large blank on the page beginning,
no menu, some link at the very end of the page.
It's almost not usable
Note that Gna theme used on Savannah with Firefox
is ugly too :((
Which the same with other theme besides "Savannah (default)".
