Details:

For the TSP project (https://savannah.nongnu.org.projects/tsp)
we have 2 mailling lists 

tsp-devel (developer R/W)
tsp-info  (read-only but for 1/3 admin)

I'd like the News posted on the project to be CC
to the tsp-info ML so that people that wants it
may be kept informed without "monitoring" project home page.

I have added address@hidden to the CC field
of News configuration.

Last news has been auto-discarded by mailman.
see below.

What should I do to avoid this?
May be I should add some specific address
to the accepted list of [non]-member to post
to the list?

But what address to put in?

Subject: TSP 0.8.1 is out !!! Windows Port !!!

Hi all
The TSP v0.8.1 is out today!!

Take it directly from
http://download.savannah.nongnu.org/releases/tsp/tsp-0.8.1-Source.tar.gz

This is a big step release since:

TSP is now using CMake as a build system

TSP now runs on the Windows platform!!!
Test run the CPack generated installer:

You can now read 2 TSP helper documentations:
The updated Design & Programming Guide:

This release includes other bug fixes and evolution:
- Targa update for multi-type

  * bug #16956 : XML2 : can not compile libtspcfg under Solaris
