Details:

I'm the primary maintainer and developer of lynx.
This site was set up by another person, who is
not a contributor in any other way to lynx.
For whatever reason, he has setup my account on
this site to be a moderator only, not an administrator
of the project.  This is a constant irritant for the
mailing lists.  I note also that the homepage is not
being maintained.

I hereby request that I be made a full administrator of
the lynx project.
