Details:

The kokla project is available here: http://code.google.com/p/kokla 

The reason I'd like to have the project removed is because it was difficult
managing the project using savannah. And more importantly there was no way of
simply reseting the Git repo after some bad commits when it. Ideally I wanted
to remove some history in the check-ins.
