Details:

Currently, smc project's git repo contains a wide variety of packages and
tools aimed at different objectives. Many thanks for the new 'fonts'
repository, we have now moved smc-fonts to the new repo out of the main one.
It would be nice to have the following repos also:
1. encoding-converters : where we could keep ASCII<->Unicode converters and
related tools
2. hyphenation : SMC is upstream for many Indic hyphenation packages
3. input-methods : Multiple input methods for Malayalam - ibus, scim, xkb etc
