Details:

I'm trying to switch GNU hello to use bzr instead of CVS. The problem is that
I can't work out a way to convert the repository with the correct path. I have
used fastimport (cvsps-import simply wouldn't run on my machine, apparently
because of python incompatibilities; I tried multiple released and
non-released versions and each one had a different problem), and the problem
is that I end up with the code under /trunk/hello, not directly under /trunk.

As far as I know there are no branches in the hello project, so that might
provide a short-cut to doing the conversion.

If you can provide any advice I'd be most grateful; but even if you can't,
could you please erase the bzr repository so I can re-start it when I work out
how to do it correctly?

Thanks!
