I have no idea how or if this is supported.  Does anyone else?  Is
this written up somewhere on the wiki page that I couldn't find?

Without knowing anything I assume that only this is supported:

  http://www.nongnu.org/guga/

I know that http://www.nongnu.org/ redirects to
https://savannah.nongnu.org/ which is where it teases people.
