Regarding this:

Savannah's emails marked as spam is a recurring problem.

I'm adding this item to savannah's "todo/wishlist" page (#30):

However at the moment there is not much we can do about it.
It will require some more work in the future.

With no further comments on this ticket, I assume registration
succeeded with Karl's help.
