Follow-up Comment #1, sr #109537 (project administration):

How can we prove that address@hidden is the same individual as
address@hidden  Obviously one should not trust an anonymous ticket posting
from a freemail account.  This is serious.

However in this case you are fortunate because your registered email is the
same address@hidden as you are using now.

The logs show the email has been delivered to Gmail.  The mail is getting
delivered.  Perhaps you have a rule that is filing it into an unexpected
place?  Look closely.  You should find it.  Try again if you do not find it. 
That is the token that will allow you to reacquire access to your account.
