Details:

My project was recently approved
(https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/exocortex) and when trying to push my
local repo to mecurial, I get this error:

$ hg push ssh://address@hidden/exocortex
pushing to ssh://address@hidden/exocortex
remote: abort: there is no Mercurial repository here (.hg not found)!
abort: no suitable response from remote hg!

I think this issue is the same as the one reported in this SR:
