Thanks, Ineiev--I've used the interface and will see if/how the changes
manifest in half an hour or so.

Can you add some explanation for the "README file" option to the web controls?
 Where does this appear?  If there is a "README" file in the root of master
branch, is it even necessary for a repository administrator to set this field?
