Oops, I've simply forgotten that this exists.

But it doesn't work yet:

file-name-handler-alist's value is

 . jka-compr-handler)
 ("^/[^/]*$" . tramp-completion-file-name-handler)
 ("\\`/[^/:]+:" . tramp-file-name-handler)
 ("\\`/:" . file-name-non-special))

The entry for `file-name-non-special' must be before the Tramp related
entries. I'll fix it tonight in Tramp CVS.
