unknown I/O primitive error

Hi,

 

when I use the last tramp version (I'm on XEmacs 21.5) i have this error:

 

unknown file I/O primitive: make-temp-name

 

if i try to call function like shell-command-on-region over a file open by tramp.

 

All work well if buffer is not open with tramp (ex local file).

 

Can you fix this bug ?
