Just fetched the last CVS and the problem is still there:

Steps to reproduce:

* (find-file "/<user>@localhost:/tmp/zz")
* type some text
* (save-buffer)
* type some text again
and the next message pops up:
zz changed on disk; really edit the buffer? (y, n, r or C-h)
