GNU ELPA allows also to release snapshots, I could prepare something for
you.

Disclaimer: I have an ansible script which runs Tramp tests for more
than 100 different config variants, this takes usually one or two
days. This is just running, so I cannot "guarantee" (whatever this
means) that current Tramp is bug-free. Are you still interested in?
