[Aspell-user] Problem with compiling Aspell!

Hi!

I downloaded "aspell-0.50.3" from the net and now I am trying to compile
"aspell.cpp" but for some reason its not working and giving me error
like
"fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'settings.h': No such file
or directory
Error executing cl.exe."

Can you please help me and let me know what could be the possible
solution to this!!!
