auctex-14.0.7 can not work in emacs 28.2

1.When install auctex-14.0.7, the emacs will frozen while compiling 
context-en.el.

2.If put C-g end the installing, after restarting emacs, it will produce 
an error:

File mode specification error: (error Autoloading file 
/home/yinxiuqu/.emacs.d/elpa/auctex-14.0.7/latex.el failed to define 
function TeX-latex-mode) [3 times]
