Thanks, it works for AUCTeX. Some questions:

1. How to configure the path for GSWIN32C.EXE? When I use preview-latex, the following error is given: DviPS sentinel: Searching for program: no such file or directory, GSWIN32C.EXE

2. I also need change the path in tex-site.el to my own local emacs\var\auctex to make TeX-auto-generate-global work.

3. Is it possible to do this: when a region, like "123", is selected in a math environment, then press "_" or "^", the appended "{}" surrounding the region automatically to produce "_{123}" or "^{123}" instead of "123_{}" or "123^{}" ?

BTW: I'm using AUCTeX  w/ preview-latex11.82
                        MikTeX 2.4
                        CVS Emacs 22.0.50.1
                        Windows XP.

Adam

At <URL:ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/auctex/> you may find a new version of
the precompiled Emacs/AUCTeX bundle for Windows. Included is a
freshly compiled development version of Emacs and AUCTeX 11.82.

Files:

 Release notes:
   <URL:ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/auctex/RELEASE-2005-12-18.txt>

 Precompiled:
   <URL:ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/auctex/emacs+auctex-w32-2005-12-18.zip>

 Sources:
   <URL:ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/auctex/emacs+auctex-src-2005-12-18.zip>

Have fun with it and let me know of any bugs you find. Okay, not any
bugs, but those related to packaging and AUCTeX.
