I don't see why having auto-fill enabled in \begin{tabular} lines is
problematic... But of course, you can tweak the regexp to match those,
too.
".*\\(?:\\\\\\(?:begin\\|end\\){tabular}\\|&\\)"
This matches any line containing \begin{tabular}, \end{tabular}, or &.
