Log message:
        atol(): Change the definition of function: instead to define inline code
        which use strtol(), now it is a normal definition of external function.
        Correct the DOXYGEN comment.
        atoi(): Correct the DOXYGEN comment, delete a conditional define for
        DOXYGEN specially.
