                * common/asmdef.h: Move an explanation string of '.err' pseudo
                operation from arg to comment, as this pseudo op does not permit
                any args.
                * libm/fplib/asmdef.h: Move an explanation string of '.err' 
pseudo
                operation from arg to comment, as this pseudo op does not permit
                any args.  Add the standart banner about license.  Add CVS ident
                keyword.  Permit the capital 'R' in args of 'X_movw' macro.  
Merge
                the arg parse of 'X_movw' and 'X_lpm' macroses into the one 
REGNO
                macro.
                * libm/fplib/fp_split3.S: Fix typo in comment.
