Erlang style sheet for a2ps

Not really a bug, but I have made an Erlang style sheet for a2ps.
I've tested the style sheet against the Erlang mailing list, and they 
had only minor complaints (that have been fixed).

I have not yet been able to make the style-sheet install
automatically, so I've probably missed something.

Included in the mail is:
- erlang.ssh    the style sheet
- sheets.patch  a patch for sheets.map
- a2pstest.erl  a file to test with

I saw that I'm in the THANKS file as address@hidden
