a2ps 4.13: margin with tumble

        I'm trying to use the 'margin' option to provide an increased left
margin for a binding.  This works fine, except with the sides=tumble option.
Using the tumble option results in having the increased margin on the left on
both sides of the page, so the binding increases are not on the same
paper edge.  Is there some other set of options that accomplishes what
I need?  (I've tried modifying the medium definition to provide a margin,
but that also doesn't put the increased margins along the same edge.)
