a script & source files to demonstrate direct linking problem

unzip bug.zip, it contains:

execute the script bldbug.sh.  libbug.dll, libbugdll.a, usebug.exe &
usebugdll.exe will be built.  Use objdump to determine how "read" is resolved. 
usebug.exe will get it from msvcrt.dll, usebugdll.exe will get it from
libbug.dll
