{struct}export->hint.
"mangle_defs" function.
Always sequential (hint++).

{struct}export->ordinal.
"fill_ordinals" function.
Sequential IF there is no @ordinal in DEF file, not sequential IF there is
@ordinal. Mix both if there is or there aren't.
