Hi Aapo,

  Thanks for reporting this bug.  It was all my fault.  I changed the name of
the option from 'show' to 'locale' whilst I was writing the patch to implement
the --unicode option and I forgot to change the --help output.

  I have gone ahead and applied your patch.
