Hi Laurence,
Thank you very much for the response. I run the /usr/local/bison from the
command line and it worked. It seems the prob. is with make file.

Have you tried invoking Bison yourself from the command line, without
using `make'? What happens?
Is `bison' installed in `/usr/local/bin/'? Is `idfgram.y'
present?
