[PATCH] cfagent: Debian version hard classes

Mark reminded us the other day that cfagent defines classes
REDHAT_M_R and REDHAT_M where M and R are the major version and
release number respectively, but only for RedHat and related
distributions.

The attached patch defines DEBIAN_M and DEBIAN_M_R for the same
reasons. I'm not sure how Corel Linux, Progeny and other Debian
spin-offs treat /etc/debian_version; if you have such a machine, I'd
be interested to know so I can refine the code.
