fedora patch for cfengine 2.1.0p1

Hi,
  cfengine didn't know about fedora (for automatic definition of fedora
classes) so I patched it.  There were 2 possible routes, adding fedora
as it's own version of linux, or, adding it as a subset of redhat.  Since
it looks to me like fedora will be different in the end (/etc/redhat-release
is currently a symlink to /etc/fedora-release -- but I'm willing to bet
that will go away) I chose the first route (fedora is it's own version
of linux).  I've attached a patch for this.

ps  If you think it should be the other way, I'd be more than happy to do
    up a quick patch for it.
