[Bug classpath/28509] New: RFE: put bugzilla info (product version, component) into source code

It's not easy (read very time consuming) for a newbie like me to get the right
info to fill out this bug form.

1. I would propose to include the product version in the file comment of each
source file.

2. I would propose to include the component id (awt, classpath, ...) into each
source code file. An alternative would be to provide a complete package ->
component matching at
