[Bug crypto/34731] New: jarsigner fails with invalid magic

Running gjarsigner, I get the message:

sign-jars:
  [signjar] Signing JAR: /home/henry/1.2.1/dist/jars/TableLayout-20040509.jar
  [signjar] jarsigner error:
gnu.javax.crypto.keyring.MalformedKeyringException: incorrect magic

This is when trying to compile OpenPACS (http://www.mii.ucla.edu/index.php)
