Hi Jeoung,

I’m Andreas, original co-author and original maintainer of DDD.  If you don’t get any other answer to your mail, then it would seem DDD has no current maintainer within the GNU project.

If DDD has no current maintainer, you could email <maintainers@gnu.org> if you have time and interest in taking over.  The site https://www.gnu.org/software/maintainer-tips.en.html holds a number of tips on what to do.  

If there is a maintainer for DDD, you should get info from her/him soon :-)
