Feature request: Option for locate -e to _not_ follow
symlinks
Version: 4.1.20
Jeff Sheinberg has requested in
http://bugs.debian.org/159221 that he would like to
have an option which stops locate -e from ignoring
dangling symlinks. He suggest to use -P (SUSv3) for
enabling and -H" and/or "-L" (default-behavior) for
disabling this option.
A patch should be simple, you'd just have to use
lstat() instead of stat().
