Follow-up Comment #1:

Thanks for the report, but I don't find the word "writalbe"
anywhere in the Git history nor in the latest binary built from Git:

$ find/find --help | grep writa
      -readable -writable -executable


As there is a German sentence at the end of '--version' output,
I assume this is an error in the translation.  Still, the latest
PO translation files doesn't show this typo either.
I can only guess that this typo has already been fixed there
(and your distribution needs to pick up that fix in a new build).

As such, I'm marking this as "invalid" for now.
