I saw different bugs under Linux than you did with Windows, but
there definitely were problems.

I have fixed them, I believe.

The code base has been undergoing a lot of change recently, so I
can't produce a diff that just fixes the issues you reported.
However, I will probably start working on a new release soon so
once that happens you'll be able to use the new version.

Or you can build from Git.
