[Bug-gcal] German Reformationstag 2017

Hi Giuseppe,

 

Gcal 4 is missing a public holiday for Germany in 2017.

 

How to reproduce:

 

$ gcal -q DE_HE --holiday-list 2017

...

Tag der Deutschen Einheit (DE_HE) + Di, 3 Okt 2017

Volkstrauertag (DE_HE) - So, 19 Nov 2017

...

 

Missing line:

Reformationstag (DE_HE) + Di, 31 Okt 2017

 

 

The Reformationstag is usually a public holiday only in

BB, MV, SN, ST, TH. References: [1], [2], [3].

 

But in 2017, it is a public holiday in all 16 countries of

Germany. References: [4], [5].
