installation question

OS: Windows 98

Development tools: ActiveState (Active Perl Development Kit 5.1) + Perl Express v2.0.5

Hello bug-gmp Sir\Madam,

I have two questions about installing GMP (last release) in Win98:

     1.How do I install the gmp under windows98 operating system?

     2.How do I declare it to system that it exsists (for Run-time operations and debuggings)?
