faulty COPYING file

Hi,

The COPYING file inside the gmp 4.1.2 is faulty, e.g. a diff to a "real"
COPYING file says this:

[...]
-necessary.  Here is a sample; alter the names:
+necessary.  Hereny it with the complete corresponding machine-readable
[...]

and the file ends with a lot of zero bytes.

Please replace it with a valid version of the file.
