Anyways you set up a command
$ a b c d e f
and before you hit RET you move the cursor between the c and d and
then hit C-c C-c and you are left sitting on a line
$ d e f
when there really shouldn't be anything left except the $
just like the shell outside of emacs.
We are placed on a new line with gunk, whilst a clean line is inserted on
the row above. :-(
