Hi Richard,

I didn't know of the existence of Savannah until you mentionned it.
Since it's a SF clone, what I said about SF applies to it as
well.  The bug tracking system could be enabled for the Emacs
project.  I notice that very few projects use it (The only bug
report I found had Id #5!).

It's really up to you all, Emacs developers, whether you want to
use a BTS.  No one can force you.  But it would help in making
Emacs development less of a closed black box to its user base.
