I am surprised that beginning-of-buffer-other-window and
end-of-buffer-other-window are not bound to `C-M-<' and `C-M->'
respectively, as `C-M-v' is bound to scroll-other-window. (In fact,
I didn't even know that those commands actually existed until I naively
tried `C-M-<' and `C-M->' and then found them on [M-home] and [M-end]
via `C-h w'.)
