emacs faq still maintained?

Is the emacs faq still being maintained?  I could not find anything
remotely current.

In any case, the version at
http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/emacs-faq.text refers to the old Emacs
Lisp archive at archive.cis.ohio-state.edu:pub/elisp-archive.  This
hasn't existed for a long time.  I couldn't easily determine if
the archive is still available at another site.

It seemed wrong to edit the generated .text file, even though the
corresponding Texinfo source is not readily visible, so I'm reporting it
instead of fixing it ...
