Do not understand your question.

However, although I know the functioning of the SPSS output viewer, I see the 
tables displayed in HTML format. In addition to copy tables from the output 
file, the copy in that format.

It is good, both LibreOffice and MS Office, agree to use tables in HTML, 
however, as mentioned above, there is an error in  PSPP(windows version), in 
which tables can only be copied in plain text format or unicode text (tested on 
LibreOffice and MS Office), and on the contrary if it works using Linux.

If I'm not mistaken, you compile the windows version of PSPP. I ask you please 
do some tests, maybe you can identify the cause of the problem.

A wild idea: What when the output system uses HTML for its presentation? HTML 
can be placed in Libreoffice and Excell.
